WHY MALAYSIANS ARE FAT??????


hurmmmm... i get this newspaper cut last 2 weeks... kt klinik area Banting... interesting topic.. hihi dh mula dh nutritionist nye prinsip kuar...

  • Eat too much
yg ni mmg setuju pn.. almaklumlah Malaysia kn kaya ngan mcm2 masyrakat and mcm2 la makanan yg ada... all u can eat.. tapi bahaya amalan cmni... leh mengundang suma penyakit2 btandang ke diri anda.. ingat... makan mmg boleh.. tapi dont eat too much... it bad for ur heart and health...
  • Drinking carbonated drinks
haaa... this one is also the same... pi mane2 nk air gas jek... manis... tgi gula.... x elok x elok... skali skala its ok but if too often it may be other effect later... kadang2 org ni rasa xde ape2 sbb kesan nye x dtg terus... leh dapat DIABETES tau...
  • Liking for fast food
Sape yg x suka fast food angkat tgn???? hihihi~~ mmg ler sedap... but jgn ler slalu kn... high fat, high protein and high carbohydrate... so sama2 la kita kurangkan pengunjungan ke fast food restaurant ok...
  • Lazy to use the staircase
Ini mmg rakyat Malaysia x suka wat iaitu naik tangga... rela beratur tgu lif or escalator drpd naik tangga... huhu aku pn kdg2 malas gak naik tangga but it is good for our health... so pas ni try la naik tangga gak ek.. wpn skali skala.. at least ada la kn..
  • Lack of exercise
This one mmg la byk hal nye... mcm2 kekangan nk exercise ni kn... tapi ape2 pn.. at least 20 minit per day... dlu kn 20 minit 3 days per week.. tapi tu sebenarnya kurang.. x ckp.. utk elakkan penyakit.. setiap hari kena wat aktiviti fizikal...

So... marilah kita sama2 tingkatkan aktiviti fizikal dan kurangkan pengambilan makanan yg leh mengundang penyakit.. eat healthy live healthy.. choose healthy food...
