why should u argue ur boss statement and order?
if it is wrong then it can be considered but if it is not ur bisnes then why should u bother?????
just care about ur own work and stop comparing ur boss with others.. she is ur boss now so please respect her decision... although she new but why cant u give her cooperation.. this is not about personal but this is about work.. try to be professional... no matter what it is, she still ur boss...
p/s: nape nk jd org yg x suka tgk org lain senang??? apa kata bagi kerjasama yg sebaiknya.. kn senang.... jgn asik cari salah org.. kalau penah ada di keadaan yang sama dlu.... fikir2kn lah....

it happens to al of us ctually..in my places too....as matter in fact...gov servants esp d old ones ( u noe wut i mean) very damn hard to follow orders..xtaula sbb mslh ego yg kunun2 dorang tu senior...wpun kita muda..still their boss on paper kan...respect position kita la bkn nye suh respect diri kita
btul ili... thats happen everyday tau... kita respect dia tapi dia xleh rendahkan ego dia utk respect kita sbg ketua... ssh nk kerjasama....
